Thanks to funding from The Indigo Trust and a private philanthropist, Localgiving is able to provide up to 75 groups in London with the chance to develop their online fundraising capabilities, as well as providing each of these 75 groups with up to £300 in matched funds for donations received online.
Localgiving and One Westminster are teaming up to run a free training seminar on Developing a Fundraising Plan, which will take place on January 30th 10.30am - 12.30pm at Victoria Library, 160 Buckingham Palace Rd, London SW1W 9UD
The aim is to give organisations on overview of the necessary steps needed to develop and deliver a successful fundraising plan,. A particular emphasis will be placed on fundraising online.
This session is most appropriate for organisations that have some experience in fundraising from individuals and who want to make their proactive fundraising activities more structured in the future.
The topics that are covering are:
- Setting a fundraising target
- Developing a fundraising strategy
- Creating your fundraising campaigns
- Delivering your fundraising plan
- How online can support your fundraising activities
