Small Groups Network

The first meeting of the Small Groups Network will be held on Tuesday 4^th December, from 10.00-12.30 at One Westminster, 37 Chapel St, NW1 5DP.

1. Janis Best from WCC will be attending to talk about the next round of #MyWestminster funding, which will open in the new year.
2. Discussion and proposals for future functioning of the Network … could include:          

• Networking - putting you in touch with others who can help, or become potential partners
• Funding - news and speakers from Awards for All and other similarly accessible funders
• Information on researching needs and clarifying aims
• Deciding on or making changes to the structure of your group or organisation and charitable status
• Information share about local community activities and campaigns
• an opportunity to develop a campaigning voice for the different communities supported within the Network.

The current Vice-Chair of the WCN, Deqa Salad, has volunteered to chair the new network.
