Description

Carers Network supports carers looking after adults living in the City of Westminster, the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the City of London. A carer is anyone who, without pay, looks after someone else who couldn’t get by on their own due to illness, old age, disability, mental illness or an addiction. Carers Network can help with: information and advice; specialist advice on areas such as benefits and housing (through their partnership with Citizens Advice Westminster); carers assessments – so that carers can have their needs assessed; support groups; events and activities for carers. Carer Network’s vision is that every unpaid carer in the areas in which they operate is recognised and leads a healthy, fulfilling life with control over their caring role.
