Description

The Housing 21 Trust has been around since 1964, starting life as part of the Royal British Legion and registering as the Housing 21 Trust in 1992.
It is a national organisation, providing housing, care and health options for older people. It offers a complete service to meet customers' changing needs.
Housing 21 Trust's services include:

sheltered and extra care housing for rent or sale
care and support in people’s own homes
day centres
dementia services
mental health services for the elderly

Housing 21 runs the Tresham Day Centre with a Carers' Dementia Support Service and Community Care Team.
