Thames Reach

Description

Thames Reach works with men and women sleeping on the streets in central London. Offering advice and assistance, we manage temporary and permanent accommodation and have resettlement teams. In Westminster, our outreach workers contact street sleepers; we manage a small hostel and some permanent flats in Shroton Street and we provide a service to Westminster Council tenants who are in danger of losing their tenancies.
