Description

London Wildlife Trust (LWT) manages 42 nature reserves across the capital. We deliver a wide range of projects to protect priority habitats and species, to influence policy makers and to engage London’s diverse communities to ensure that the capital’s wildlife is protected for the future. We work with vulnerable and disadvantaged groups including children from areas of high deprivation, young people at risk of exclusion or with challenging behaviour, adults and young people with learning disabilities, ex-offenders, people with poor mental health, and older people – we aim to improve these Londoners’ lives by putting them in touch with the wild spaces on their doorsteps.
