\n \nWestminster HealthWorks is a borough- wide\, community-led public health initiative comm issioned by Westminster City Council as part of th e #2035 commitment to improve population health. I t aims to reduce health inequalities by delivering culturally responsive\, preventative health inter ventions that improve heart\, lung\, and mental he alth outcomes for adults aged 16 and over.< /span>
\n \nDelivered through a hub-and-spoke model\, HealthWorks will be led by O ne Westminster (the hub) who will work with a netw ork of voluntary and community sector organisation s (the spokes). These will co-design and deliver t ailored interventions such as blood pressure monit oring\, smoking cessation support\, health coachin g\, and culturally competent counselling.
