DESCRIPTION:The session will give an overview of Imperial Heal th Charity’s Compassionate Communities grants prog ramme\, including eligibility criteria\, prioritie s and application process\, plus a Q&A with Philip Howard\, Grants Manager.\n \n \n \n KEY INFORMATI ON\n \n \n \n \n Compassionate Communities suppor ts organisations that provide specific health-rela ted activities that aim to improve the health and wellbeing of residents living in one of the follow ing eight northwest London boroughs: Brent\, Ealin g\, Hammersmith and Fulham\, Harrow\, Hillingdon\, Hounslow\, Kensington and Chelsea\, and Westminst er.\n Organisations awarded a Compassionate Commu nities grant in 2023/24\, 2024/25 and 2025/26 are not eligible to apply for a 2026/27 Compassionate Communities grant\n Grant requests can be for a M INIMUM of £5\,000 and a MAXIMUM of £30\,000.
