Grace Eyre is a charity that works with adults with learning disabilities to support individuals to develop their skills for greater independence, play a meaningful role in their local community and live happy and fulfilled lives. Grace Eyre is delivering a ‘Shared Lives’ scheme in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, and Hammersmith and Fulham.

Shared Lives is most easily understood as being like a fostering service but for adults with social care needs. Our Shared Lives scheme work with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs and match them with our Carers who have vacancies in their home.
