'Talking the older person out of isolation'
We are an organisation which caters for African and Carribean Elderly People. We provide a lunch and social club. The Club also provides take away meals and deliveries of hot meals of those may find difficulty to provide a meal for themselves.We celebrate birthdays, songs of praise and members meetings. Empowering the Older person to maintain their independence, dignity & enhance their total well-being within the community
