Description

We offer offer adults with ADHD or those who suspect they have ADHD peer support to reach their ambitions, but also avoid burnout.
Our approach is evidence-led and informed by the latest peer-reviewed research. The NHS has said peer support led to a 14% reduction in major incidents, and provides emotional support which may improve regulation in those with Neurodiversity.
Our objective is to be affordable, accessible and effective. We offer weekly sessions to allow attendees to move at their own pace and embrace any changes they decide to make in a sustainable way. While we do need to cover our overheads, our prices are minimised to ensure it is not a barrier to joining us. We also accept Access to Work, request a quotation by clicking 'Contact Organiser' when you RSVP.
We will neet in Fitzrovia Community Centre on Saturday Mornings from 7 June 2025.
Please RSVP via our link if you:
• have been diagnosed with ADHD or suspect that you may have it;
• ready to explore what ADHD means to you;
• want to manage your ADHD challenges and embrace your strengths;
• ready to connect with others who are on the same journey.
