WCN - redefining the partnership between WCC and the VCSE sector

This important session will cover how the Council would like to co-produce solutions to meeting the needs of local people (through both commissioned and non-commissioned services), how it will look to understand the social return on its investment into the sector and how we can all help to strengthen our strategic relationships.

A review of work (which was enabled by Red Quadrant consultants) to jointly explore and develop a new strategic framework for describing social value in Westminster. Also introducing Councillor Mark Shearer, Deputy Cabinet Member for Community Services and Digital - the new lead member for the Voluntary Sector.
