Photojournalism Hub CIC objective is to be the first dedicated centre of Photojournalism in the UK. Our activities include photography events, exhibitions, editorial work, and a comprehensive educational and community-based programme in documentary photography and photojournalism. We focus on enabling disadvantaged groups and individuals to access high-quality training, supporting the creation of personal photographic portfolios and published stories, thereby improving opportunities for further education and employment despite social, economic, and structural challenges. The Photojournalism Hub is committed to using documentary photography and photojournalism to foster cross-border and multidisciplinary collaborations, community research, and civic participation. Our work amplifies community voices, promotes engagement, and contributes to well-being and social justice. We provide free workshops and training in documentary photography to ensure that our programmes are accessible to all.
