Description
Westminster Digital Bridge C.I.C. empowers adults across the City of Westminster to build digital confidence, independence and online safety. We transform digital inclusion into a supportive, human centred wellbeing activity rather than a traditional technical IT class.
Founded by a Westminster City Council Digital Ambassador with years of frontline experience at Pimlico Library, we understand the real barriers residents face such as digital anxiety, unfamiliar interfaces and fear of online exploitation. Our work supports adults who are socially isolated, digitally excluded or navigating essential online services for the first time.
We aim to provide free community digital skills hubs, creative digital inclusion sessions and patient, personalised 1:1 support. Through a formal Service Level Agreement with Pimlico Library and our membership in the National Digital Inclusion Network, we deliver trusted, high quality and highly accessible support at the heart of the community.
